With minimal processing, it retains all the nutrients in coconut, including ‘good’ fatty acids and dietary fibre. Awesome in soups, curries, smoothies and desserts, or simply straight off the spoon!

Keep in a cool place, away from direct sunlight. Oil separation will occur naturally – simply warm to liquefy and stir with a knife to blend.
